For Reservation Application:-

1- 15 days’ from RA Date to sign the contract.

2- In case of no contact sign the reservation application will be terminated.

3- During termination of the reservation, 5% from the unit price will be deducted.

For Booking (Non-Refundable form):-

1- In this case , the unit will be Booked only for 2 days & client must submit rest of down payment & sign Reservation from.

2- after 2 days, the unit will be released.
